Terms and Conditions for JBL Xtreme 3 Speaker Giveaway

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Anyone under the age of 18 may enter with a caregiver's permission as this giveaway requires a purchase. Employees, immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as Pulse Players, Training Partners, Apprentice Partners, and Netball Central Zone Incorporated Employees are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM NZDT on Wednesday, 19th March 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM NZDT on Sunday, 23rd March 2025.

  3. How to Enter: To enter, make a purchase of $80 or more (excluding gift cards) on our shop (pulseshop.co.nz) during the entry period. Each qualifying purchase will automatically earn one entry into the giveaway. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

  4. Prize: One (1) JBL Xtreme 3 Speaker. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Netball Central Zone Incorporated's discretion.

  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place during the week of 24th March 2025. Netball Central Zone Incorporated reserves the right to conduct the draw in any manner they deem appropriate.

  6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

  7. General Conditions: Netball Central Zone Incorporated reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Netball Central Zone Incorporated's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Netball Central Zone Incorporated in its sole discretion.

  8. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Netball Central Zone Incorporated and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

  9. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Zealand, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Zealand having jurisdiction.

  10. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Pulse Shop website.
